Gelu Sherpa Expedition Support Kathmandu, Nepal Biography Gelu grew up in Nepal, in the Solo Khumbu District, in Gorakhani. He is twenty one years old and is the nephew of Ang Dawa Sherpa, the team's Sidar. Gelu is a very strong individual. Though he has had limited experience climbing, Gelu shows great promise in mountaineering. He is extremely attentive and thorough in every task he undertakes. Gelu will be an excellent asset to the support crew for the Everest Freestyle Expedition and the Secret Spot 7 Summits project.
